According to the media reports, the baby girl who is not been named yet is fighting for her life in specially cared unit of city hospital, where doctors say she has a 50 percent chance of survival.
The 18-day conflict has so far killed more than 845 people, most of them Palestinian civilians, while world powers scramble to mediate a ceasefire. Whereas, the death toll of innocent Palestinians is increasing on daily basis. One of the Palestinian doctor told media reporters that:
“I’m very angry, I’m very sad. I feel that this baby is mine.”
The bombing which killed the baby’s mother took place on a small block of flats housing civilians. The attack took place at around 2 o’clock in the morning.
