According to the media reports, the makers of the most popular game  
franchise are being sued by the incarcerated criminal for portraying him
 as a ‘kidnapper, murderer and enemy of the state’ in Call Of Duty: 
Black Ops II.<br />

It is reported that the game features a nefarious character 
named Manuel Noriega who double crosses the CIA in Panama while 
murdering plenty of his own forces and others along the way.<br />

It is reported that the drug is sentenced 30-years in prison for 
money laundering and drug trafficking but he sued company for portraying
 him a negative role in the video game.<br />

In his lawsuit, brought before the Los Angeles Superior Court, 
Noriega states that the game publisher Activation Blizzard should be 
forced to pay him royalties because the ‘heighten[ed] realism’ of using 
real people ‘translates directly into heightened sales for the 
defendants.<br />

It appears that despite his negative portrayal he is in fact suing 
the publisher for unjust enrichment, unfair business practices, and 
violation of common-law publicity rights.

While talking to a leading tabloid, the actor reportedly said that he
 had ‘surrendered’ himself to director Sajid Khan even though he was

Man Claims African Patch of Land as His Kingdom So His Little Girl Can Be a Real Princess

Last winter, when Jeremiah Heaton’s daughter Emily asked 
him if she could be a real princess, the doting father didn’t have the 
heart to refuse. Even though he didn’t want to raise her hopes or make 
any false promises, he found himself agreeing to the outlandish request 
of a six-year-old.</div>

“Over the winter, Emily and I were playing, and she has a 
fixation on princesses,” he said. “She asked me, in all seriousness, if 
she’d be a real princess someday. And I said she would.”</div>
<div dir="ltr">
So Jeremiah spent hours scouring the internet for a 
suitable piece of unclaimed territory. He focused his search on the 
Latin term ‘terra nullius’, which means ‘land belonging to no one’. 
After several months of searching, he has now managed to locate an 
800-square mile desert in Africa, thousands of miles away from his home 
in Abingdon, Virginia.</div>

The desert in question is unoccupied territory, claimed by 
both Egypt and Sudan, but belonging to neither, due to a land dispute 
dating back over 100 years. Located along the Sudanese border, about 
halfway between where the Nile crosses into Sudan and Egypt’s coast 
along the Red Sea, the strip of land is locally known as ‘Bir Tawil’. It
 is one of the last pieces of unclaimed land on Earth.</div>

There have been several online claimants to the property, 
and Jeremiah knew he had to do something special to make sure his claim 
stood out from the rest. So he actually gained permission from Egyptian 
authorities and travelled all the way to Africa. And on June 16 – 
Emily’s seventh birthday – he planted a blue flag with four stars 
(designed by his children) on a rocky hill, after a 14-hour caravan 
journey through the desert.</div>

Jeremiah even renamed Bir Tawil; he’s now calling it the 
Kingdom of North Sudan, where he is the undisputed King and his 
daughter, the princess. “It’s beautiful here,” he said. “It’s an arid 
desert in Northeastern Africa. Bedouins roam the area; the population is
 actually zero.”</div>

“As a parent, you sometimes go down paths you never thought
 you would,” Jeremiah explained. “I wanted to show my kids I will 
literally go to the ends of the earth to make their wishes come true.” 
So he made the journey, even though he was ‘fearful of going into a 
toxic environment’.</div>

And when he got back home, Jeremiah and his wife got Emily a
 crown – she is now addressed as Princess Emily by family members. “It’s
 cool,” said the little girl, who sleeps in a custom made castle bed. As
 princess, she wants to make sure that all people in the region have 
enough food. “That’s definitely a concern in that part of the world,” 
agreed Jeremiah. “We discussed what we could do as a nation to help.”</div>

Jeremiah now plans to make his ‘conquest’ official by 
reaching out to the African Union for assistance. He wants to formally 
establish the Kingdom of North Sudan , and he’s quite confident that 
they will welcome him. “I do intend to pursue formal recognition with 
African nations,” he said. His first step is to get Sudan and Egypt to 
recognize the kingdom.</div>

Surprisingly, Jeremiah is quite sure that his claim over 
Bir Tawil is legitimate. He explained that planting a flag is exactly 
how other countries, including the United States, were historically 
claimed. The only difference here is that his is conquest is an act of 
love, not war. “I founded the nation in love for my daughter,” he

One-year-old Kimberly Gordon was born under the most 
unusual circumstances. She was delivered last year by emergency 
C-section after her mother was struck by lightning in Albuquerque, New 
Mexico. Surprisingly, the miracle baby survived the electrical jolt, but
 with consequences – she now has the most adorable static hair that 
stands perfectly straight.</div>

The bizarre event took place on July 4 last year, when Ian 
Gordon and his 38-weeks pregnant girlfriend Kendra Villanueva were 
outdoors watching the Independance Day fireworks. It began to rain and a
 thunderstorm soon followed, and the couple were forced to run for 
cover. As they passed under a tree, both of them were struck by 
lightning, knocking them out instantly.</div>

According to Ian, the lightning traveled through his ears, 
jumped to Kendra’s body and left through her thumb. “They were both 
awake and looking at us,” said Lt. Ryan Perry of the Albuquerque Fire 
Department, who had rushed to their rescue. “But we knew that there was 
underlying injuries that we possibly couldn’t see that we needed to 
treat quickly and get them to the hospital.”</div>

The couple was immediately rushed to the ER at University 
of New Mexico Hospital, where doctors decided to induce labor two weeks 
short of the due date. “Everybody we’ve seen says it’s a miracle she’s 
alive,” said Ian. “She’s just kind of a play-it-by ear baby.”</div>

Although she was born healthy, Kimberly does have 
neurological damage because she was exposed to lightning in her mother’s
 womb. In the first six months, Ian says that she had a lot of trouble 
sleeping. Even today, she can’t sit up or digest food very well.</div>

 “It’s hard seeing she can’t eat like she’s supposed to and can’t have 
food yet, just through the tube,” said Kendra. “But other than that I’m 
glad she lived through it all.” Kimberly’s doctors aren’t sure when she 
might walk or talk, but they’re still amazed that she could survive such
 a shock. It’s incredibly rare – of the 11 pregnant women who were ever 
struck by lightning, only half the number of babies survived.</div>

A small town in Spain has come up with a new way of dealing with dog waste – a canine public toilet. Located along a busy thoroughfare in El Vendrell, northeastern Spain, the stainless steel contraption consists of two sections placed side by side – a doggy potty and a doggy urinal.</div>

The potty is a raised steel platform with a covered hole. Dog owners need to lift the lid for their pets to defecate, and later press a handle to flush. Jets of water are released, which carry the excrement through underground pipes into the sewer system. Right next to the potty is the urinal – also a raised platform with small holes over which dogs can squat. The public toilet is the brainchild of dog-lover Enric Girona, who has spent over ten years observing and photographing dogs. Through his work, he recognized the need for a toilet for dogs, so he set about creating one himself. “Over the years, I’ve seen that if you train and raise dogs well, these animals can be just like humans,” he explained.</div>

He also had the location in mind while designing these toilets, so they’d naturally blend into surroundings like parks and other public places. “You can’t have something that clashes with the setting,” he pointed out. “The design was done with the concept of being attractive.”</div>
