Easy Toothbrush Beauty Hacks

Fixing common beauty problems is a piece of cake with a simple toothbrush! Who would’ve thought that a common toothbrush is the trick to smoother skin and tamed hair? Discover some easy and foolproof ways that a toothbrush can help you with your beauty routine

Smoother Lips
If you constantly wear lipstick, chances are you’ve suffered from peeling and patchy skin. Exfoliating your lips before applying any lipstick can easily be done with a toothbrush. Simply take the toothbrush bare and scrub your lips gently since the bristles can be rough.

Comb Unruly Eyebrows
For those with thick brows, combing them is an absolute must! Spray your toothbrush with hairspray and comb them so that they set into place. The hair will stick exactly where you left it. No more messy brows

Exfoliate Dark Patches
If your hands and feet are tanned, removing these patches by exfoliating them with a mixture of baking soda, water and lemon juice. The lemon will work to lighten pigmentation while the baking soda and toothbrush bristles will help to exfoliate the dead skin to reveal even skintone.

Easy Back Combing
If you don’t have a thick bristle brush to backcomb your hair, a toothbrush will do the trick. The tiny bristles will easily create volume at the root of your hair. This easily works for the crown and foremost section of hair.

Brush Tiny Hair
Baby hair around your face can be untamed and tend to fly all over your face. Taking a toothbrush, spray it with hairspray and use it to comb the tiny hair to set it in place. Similar to using it for your eyebrows, the hairspray and tiny bristles easily keeps the flyaways in place.

Scrub Dirty Nails
If your nails are in need of some serious cleaning, using a toothbrush will help scrub away stained nails and remove dirt from under the nails. Take your toothbrush with some baking soda and scrub it on your nails. You can also use it with nail polish remover to get rid of stained nails.
